Success!

Welcome to
A place where front-porch living meets miles of trails, neighborhood parks, and a walkable Village Center. Here, everyday essentials, dining, and green space are close by, so life feels easier, healthier, and a little more fun. Homes come in a range of styles and sizes, with thoughtful layouts and welcoming streetscapes. It’s a place to meet your neighbors, let the kids roam a little, and trade traffic for time outside. If you value fresh air, walkability, and a true sense of community, you’ll feel right at home here.
Wildlight is a thoughtfully planned community in Nassau County, Florida, created around a simple but powerful idea: life is better when nature, people, and daily living are intentionally connected.
Wildlight operates under a guiding principle called Town in Nature, a development approach that balances growth with preservation while placing human experience at the center of design. Homes are connected to trails, parks, and gathering spaces, and the architecture reflects Florida Lowcountry heritage through natural materials and timeless proportions.
More than half of the land is permanently dedicated to conservation and open space, ensuring the natural environment remains the defining feature of the community, not an afterthought.

History & vision
Wildlight began with a simple idea: build a connected hometown that celebrates the landscape around it. That vision shaped everything—neighborhoods stitched together by greenways, a Village Center you can reach on foot, and gathering places designed for everyday moments. As Wildlight grows, that original promise stays the same: more trails, more parks, and more thoughtful homes—always centered on nature, community, and the easy rhythm of walkable living.
Developed by Raydient Places + Properties, Wildlight began with a 2,900-acre vision and is designed to grow into a 15,000-acre regional community over time. From the beginning, the goal has not been to build houses first and amenities later. Instead, Wildlight was designed as a complete place — where neighborhoods, schools, parks, businesses, and preserved landscapes are integrated from day one.
Walkability and connectivity are prioritized so residents can move easily throughout the community, and wellness, education, and social interaction are intentionally woven into everyday life. The result is a place that feels established, grounded, and enduring rather than temporary or purely transactional.
